01A sketch, a photo or a few sentences on WhatsApp or the form. We reply within 4 working hours with questions, ideas and a price.
02We build the 3D model around the sizes that matter and send you a preview to approve.
Your prototype is printed in PLA, PETG or TPU. Hold it, test it, tell us what to change.
04Tracked post in 2–3 days, or free collection in Sheffield. Your design is saved for reorders.

Most jobs take 3–5 working days after you approve the design, plus 2–3 days for tracked post. Rush jobs in under 48 hours are +30%.
Yes. Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £4.95, free on orders over £50. Collection in Sheffield is free.
You do. We keep a copy only so you can reorder, never share your files, and will sign an NDA if you need one.
PLA for models, prototypes and displays; PETG for tougher parts, clips and holders; TPU for flexible grips and bumpers.
Weapons or weapon parts, copies of other brands' products or characters, food-contact items, children's toys and safety-critical parts.
Yes. We send invoices and accept purchase orders. Ask about batch pricing.
